Frequently asked questions
You hand your parcel to a verified traveller who has passed ID verification: passport plus selfie. Every user has a profile with deal history, rating and reviews. The deal is protected by escrow — the money is held until delivery is confirmed, so neither side can simply disappear. In disputes a support arbiter steps in, and insurance covers up to $1,000.
Allowed: documents, clothing, shoes, cosmetics, new electronics, books, gifts, children's goods, vitamins and supplements. Not allowed: cash, securities, weapons, drugs, prescription medicine, perishable food, liquids over the hand-luggage limit, live animals and fragile uninsured items. Once you agree a price with the traveller, you pay by card, SBP or USDT. The money goes to Trely's escrow account and is held there. It is released to the traveller only after the recipient confirms receipt in the app. If something goes wrong, the money is returned to you within 7 days.
Every deal is insured by Trely for up to $1,000. If the parcel does not arrive or arrives damaged, open a dispute in chat — a support arbiter will review the case based on the correspondence and photo records, and compensate the value within 7 working days. Items worth more than $1,000 can be insured additionally when you create the request.
The cost has three parts: the traveller's reward (60–75%), Trely's service fee (10–15%) and escrow payment processing. The price depends on parcel weight, route distance, urgency and how rare the destination is. The average for 5 kg is $45–60 on popular routes. Use the calculator above to see the exact amount before creating a request.
On most routes and for most categories the parcel travels as the traveller's personal luggage and needs no declaration. If the value exceeds the destination country's customs limit (for example $1,000 in the USA, €430 in the EU, €500 in Turkey), Trely warns you in advance and explains how to declare it. Taxes and duties are included in the cost calculation automatically.
